DeleteIt seems no one else has brought this up, so I'll have to. If you want to use Patreon, you need to drop any underage elements like a damn plague rat. Not only do they have a zero tolerance to any kind of sexualisation of under 18 year Olds?, they'll have your details, and will get the law involved. So the question you need to ask yourself is, do you think the difference between 18 and under that is worth getting your ass pounded in prison?
ReplyDeleteAs I mentioned on another thread there will be no mention of age indeed. Where do you see any mention of age here? The only place where there is a mention of age is on files that are in a zip file that is on dropbox folder... Plus, there are two options to choose from, so choosing the "naughty" version is voluntary and none of my business...
DeleteSuch links would be send to patreons via private emails, and Patreon will have no knowledge nor involvement in it... And nothing on their site would even show anything potentially "dangerous"...(probably no hardcore at all either just to be sure).

You did a great job carrying on the epiclust website started by Fu-Monkey, while putting your own spin on it!
The artwork and stories. slim stacked girls, guys with massive cocks and sex, lots of superhuman, impossible in real life, sex.
The community that was fostered was terrific as well, except for a few people who have to ruin it for everyone.
And much of the appealing aspect of the site was both hot and a bit scary. Let me explain.
It was hot and I liked your site because
I think every guy has his memories of fantasies as a teenager (underage boy) growing up seeing the hot teenage girls with the bodies of fully developed women.
And your site helped explore that.
On the other hand there is so much fear out there these days of pedophilia, depiction of minors (real people) in sexual situations. Truly terrible situation in which minors are being abused.
So while I definitely have NO INTEREST in sex with minors or children or seeing minors in sexual situations, I fear that the mere depiction of drawn characters, who are stated to be young and who are in sexual situations could attract the law enforcement attention to the site or to me, if I am a visitor to the site. I click away from sites that show too many clearly young or underage drawn characters. The distinction is that I am not an adult looking for sex with a minor or sexually oriented material with real life minors in it, but was enjoying remembering myself being a teenager and seeing hot women and exploring that aspect.
So when I voted on your new blogspot site, i voted for "not underage boys" because all this concern about pedophilia doesn't allow people to make the distinction between adults abusing children and adults remembering and exploring their own fantasies as a younger person. As an example of the lack of clarity in thinking take the fact that law enforcement is still grappling with what to do about children sexting each other. Really!? A child who carries out an act forbidden by adults who risks being labeled a sex offender for life because he/she is still exploring his/her own sexuality and relationships. Is sexting right? No. but law enforcement seems confused and might solve it by using a sledge hammer to kill a fly.
So there is so much confusion out there about the limits, how to deal with it.
I love your site, your artwork, the incredibly hot women, incredibly well endowed guys, great story telling. But i struggle with concerns about being caught up in a dragnet of some kind that mistakenly targets people who like the stories/artwork of incredibly endowed teenage boys and girls enjoying sex."

thanks for your feedback. I understand your concerns, I've had the same from time to time. I included that possibility in the vote for that reason (although I must tell you the majority so far is underage boys).
I did my site exactly for the reasons you stated, everyone likes to go back to their youth, and pretend they were a stud back then. That's what the site is about: projection into the characters.
I reasoned there should be no worry about the pedophilia aspect of things for the following reasons:
1) the characters on my site are totally unrealistic. I don't see how anyone can make any link to real life whatsoever.
2) 99.99% of pedophilia is essentially some dirty old pervert having sex with young children. This is not the case on my site where it was always a teenage boy who was the "hero" (unlike many other sites where they are monsters or whatever raping young girls, but oh, it's ok cos the artist said that she was 18, eventhough she looks younger.. it's all totally hypocritical.)
3) pedophilia is obviously rape and is non-consensual. The boys of my site are sexually mature and let's face it, no boy like that if they ever existed, would be "non-consenting" to having sex with the busty beauties I pair them with!
For patreon, I would therefore deliberately be vague about the age. Also, patreon doesn't allow any depiction of minors on their site anyway. So on the patreon page, there would be no such things as there was on my blog. But there is a way around it, that would also totally be safe: links to images would be sent to patreons and the images would be stored on a private dropbox. Hence, no one can see them except patreons... I could also do it for my site actually, been thinking about it. Just worried people would just go to the link directly, download the zip and never leave any feedback or thank you... I did like the feedback and the discussions that took place on the previous site. But for anything involving "minors", I would now make sure there is no mention of age ON THE BLOGSPOT SITE from now on to avoid blogger removing it again...

Argument for what? I won't have to "argue" with anyone at patreon.com because I'll send private emails to my patreons OUTSIDE of the realm of patreon. So yes, I seriously believe it will work.
DeleteYou would still be using Patreon as a medium to sell your images, no matter if you send them through private e-mail or through their site directly. You are using Patreon's site to actually showcase your work and collect the money for these images you are creating. I'm pretty sure they would not approve of this one bit. And it would only take one asshole to report you and tell them that you're sending underage character images through e-mail for Patreon to shut you down (maybe even take further actions). I would be very careful about what you're doing man. Just my opinion.
